Alesja is a tech professional with extensive experience in software development, AI, data analysis, and STEM education. Her career includes key roles as a web developer and software implementation consultant, where she has contributed to international projects and worked closely with cross-functional teams.

At Deloitte CE South, Alesja was a core member of the Contract Lifecycle Management project within the Risk Advisory Team. She was responsible for end-to-end software solutions, including functional testing, bug resolution, and agile development to enhance system performance and reliability. She worked on the integration of AI and machine learning models to automate key processes and improve data-driven decision-making. Collaborating with teams across Deloitte Germany, Poland, India, and the US, she gained a global perspective on project dynamics and also mentored colleagues, ensuring smooth project integration and success.

Beyond her technical expertise, Alesja has made significant contributions to international education initiatives. She has contributed as a translator at multiple education fairs, including the by Educational Business Links Albania where she facilitated communication between institutions and prospective students, representing esteemed universities such as Modul University Vienna (Austria), Thompson Rivers University (Canada), and Kaplan International Pathways (UK). Her contributions were essential in ensuring smooth interactions and promoting higher education opportunities on a global scale.

Alesja also participated in the 1st Girl’s Summit and #Girl2Leader Campaign in Albania, an initiative led by the MP’s Women Alliance, the Coalition for Education in Albania, and other prominent organizations. The summit empowered 25 young women by connecting them with mentors and role models in politics, academia, and other fields to develop their leadership and decision-making skills.
