Xhulio Jamaku is the Co-founder of Rootless, a community-driven initiative inspired by his own journey of resilience and transformation. Born and raised in Tirana, Albania, Xhulio faced significant challenges during his early adult years. Despite his family's limited resources, their unwavering determination and work ethic shaped his character and ambitions.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge, Xhulio excelled academically, graduating as valedictorian with a perfect 4.0 GPA from Epoka University. When the opportunity arose to move to the United States, Xhulio embraced it wholeheartedly—not just to improve his own life but to uplift his family as well.

Xhulio began his career in Corporate America as a Software Engineer, pursuing his passion for coding and problem-solving. However, the emergence of Rootless marked a turning point. He saw the initiative as an opportunity to inspire others who, like him, had faced the challenges of uprooting their lives to seek success and build a better future.

Through Rootless, Xhulio aims to motivate individuals to break free from the limitations of their roots, encouraging them to embrace the unknown and seize the opportunities the world has to offer. His journey embodies the spirit of being "Rootless"—not confined by one’s origins, but empowered to create a fulfilling life for oneself and one’s loved ones.
