Albi Nani serves as a Senior Consultant for AI and Platform Strategy at CIBC, where he identifies opportunities to harness AI and emerging technologies to drive innovation and deliver value across the bank. Albi also maintains a position as a Research Assistant at the Ivey Business School, publishing on digital economies and the impact of new technologies on the financial system.

Graduated with a BA and HBA from Western University, and an MSc from the University of Oxford, Albi is passionate about solving the challenges that new technologies introduce into our society. During his Master’s degree, Albi wrote his thesis on the impact of social media and trading platforms on retail investors’ financial behavior.

Albi’s other significant projects include an assessment of how to digitally transform the performing arts industry, the development of executive education materials on AI topics for government clientele, and consulting for real estate technology start-ups. In his free time, Albi trains as an amateur rower, loves writing, avidly plays chess, and takes an interest in antique books and maps.
